You will work with a registered nutritionist who specializes in women's midlife health. This is not a generic diet plan. You will receive a bespoke nutrition protocol designed to stabilize blood sugar, reduce inflammation, support your metabolism, and manage menopausal weight gain.

The Clinical Breast Examination

Regular breast awareness is crucial for all women. This screen includes a professional clinical breast examination performed by me. I will conduct a thorough physical check of your breasts and underarm area. This is also a perfect opportunity to discuss your personal breast cancer risk factors, ensure you are up-to-date with your national mammogram schedule, and for me to teach you the best way to check your own breasts at home, empowering you to be confident in your own breast awareness.

Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching
